In 2021, Rachel joined The Logistics Partnership LLP as our Head of Learning and Development. Since then, she has been instrumental in elevating our talent management and retention strategies, as well as launching a comprehensive suite of L&D services designed to empower both individuals and organisations.

Background and experience

With 20 years of experience across national insurance, online adult education, HR consultancy, and logistics, I’m passionate about empowering people to grow and reach their full potential.

I work closely with both our staff and clients, delivering support through psychometrics, interactive workshops, and tailored coaching. I’m a CIPD member and Thomas Psychometric Practioner

Specialising in custom training programmes, I blend learning with mentorship, nurturing leadership, fostering growth, and championing continuous development.

Impactful milestones

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of delivering impactful learning experiences. One highlight was delivering a keynote speech on Building a Learning and Development Culture for Women in Logistics to HRH Princess Anne.

I successfully handled both personal and professional challenges while pursuing my 18-month CIPD diploma. I handled a period of redundancy, started a new role, and raised my children. It was a tough time, but it also taught me resilience and the value of growth through adversity.
