Clients who engage us on this basis are usually looking for a quick turnaround for their interim and/or permanent recruitment requirements. They obtain immediate access to candidates on our database, which is supplemented from searches of a number of specialist market resources we invest in and our candidate networks. For non-confidential roles, we also advertise the position across multiple channels, dependent on the specific role and sector
We offer both exclusive and non exclusive database search service. However, we prefer to work with clients who engage us exclusively, providing us with the time and commitment we need to screen and assess candidates thoroughly.
Retained Assignment
This service offers a more dedicated and focused approach, where we will stimulate interest and identify talented individuals who might not be actively job seeking at the moment. MVP will also conduct in depth first stage interviews on your behalf, great for confidential projects. By engaging us on our retained service we are taking on the commitment of delivering your hire; streamlining and reducing the overall costs of your recruitment processes.

Executive Search/Headhunt
More typically associated with mid to senior level positions, although can be utilised for roles that are confidential or where the talent pool is very limited/specific and hard to find skills.
MVP partners with a number of clients who are looking to recruit talent that is usually in very short supply. They need to engage a ‘headhunter’ who is able to employ a proactive search methodology targeting both passive talent – candidates who are either employed or not seeking a role change – as well as those who may be active in the job market. We search the whole talent pool, not just the 30% active proportion of the market.
