Meet the Team
If you follow us on social media you’ll see that many members of the MVP Team have been with the business for a number of years.
We enjoy celebrating them and their achievements and our clients benefit from continuity of service and trusted relationships.
We’ve recently celebrated 20-year and 24-year anniversaries. Meet the team!
Zoe Houghton

Zoe Houghton
Head of Resourcing & Talent
Zoe started her career at MVP over 24 years ago, working within the technical support and research team. She quickly progressed through the consultancy ranks, gaining experience across all disciplines within supply chain recruitment and progressing into the role of Principal Consultant.
In 2020, Zoe moved into her current position at The Logistics Partnership, as Head of Resourcing and Talent. This was a brand-new role for our business, created in response to the UK’s ongoing talent shortage. Within this role, Zoe focuses on sourcing and delivering the best candidates for our client base across the MVP and TLP Recruitment brands, as well as identifying and attracting new talent into our own business as part of our strategic growth plans.
In her spare time, Zoe is a dedicated supporter of animal rights; having been a vegetarian from a very young age (and the last 5 years vegan). In addition to this she is also a very crazy cat lady!
