Sales/Logistics Order Coordinator

Great opportunity to join a growing business and be part of the Customer service team where you will be dealing with inbound inquiries from customers relating to the sales and after sales service You will be expected to deal with the sales administration for all customers’ orders, technical enquiries and quotations and liaising and arranging transportation for delivery.
Processing and monitoring the Sales orders
Liaising with customers on all sales order related matters.
Work with the Sales team on all activities relating to order processing, pricing, acknowledging and dispatching. Raising and controlling internal orders following internal processes.
Raising of export documentation as and when required.
Providing on the spot spares pricing to the sales team.
Booking of transport for shipment of product to the customer.
Liaising with Operations in achieving on time delivery to customer request dates.
Deal with inbound inquiries from customers relating to the sales and after sales service referring to all products and services we provide.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales administrative skills together with excellent customer service experience.
