MVP’s client, a hugely creative manufacturer and distributor of design-led homeware products, is currently seeking to recruit a proactive and experienced Sales Administrator to be based at its Head Office in Alcester. The position is office-based, but there will be opportunities for you to attend trade shows and visit key customers. You will provide all-round support across both eCommerce and direct to trade/retail channels for the business.
Process orders across both eCommerce and direct to trade/retailProvide an excellent level of customer service – answering the phone, answering queriesInvoice on a daily basis for all accountsArrange deliveries/collections for key customers – liaising with delivery partners and couriersProcess customer returns/refundsProcess returns and credit notesProvide support for Key AccountsProvide support to Sales Managers on accounts and projectsAttend trade meetings and exhibitions as required
Educated to A Level standard as a minimumOutgoing personality and positive attitudeReally good IT skills - particularly MS Word, Excel, OutlookTeam player who can build relationships internally and externallyExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenOrganized and methodicalAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentA customer focused approach and natural sales focus
