MVP is working with an innovative tech business who are disrupting the sector they operate in with products that merge high-end design with cutting-edge immersive technology. The business has cultivated a community of over a million members in the US and is launching in the UK in Autumn 2018. To support its UK launch and growth plans, they are currently looking for an ambitious, focused individual to develop and maintain the delivery experience for their customers.
What you’ll do:
Design, develop and produce training plans and materials to ensure a consistent and quality-led delivery experienceTrain, coach and enhance the knowledge of all drivers/installers across the delivery networkDeliver induction and training to driversDrive all customer experience improvement initiativesAct as business owner to streamline last mile operations & visibilityAnalyse key performance metrics to establish root cause performance issues and drive changeBuild and manage the non-asset-based home delivery network across the UKDevelop performance scorecards/SLAs and drive the performance management processEnsure risk assessments, safe working systems, procedures and policies are in place.Review all Health & Safety policies.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills – you will need the following:
Degree-educated, with strong academic record0-3 years’ experience in operations, or other fast-paced fields. Logistics experience a plus but not required.Analytical, creative and innovative approach to solving problemsStrong written and verbal communicatorExtremely organized, detail-orientatedEntrepreneurial spiritStrong IT skills/capabilities – advanced level MS ExcelExperience managing or supervising peopleAbility to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environmentAbility to lead discussions and communicate effectivelyEntrepreneurial spirit
