Fantastic opportunity to join an innovative tech business who have recently launched in the UK.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating customer deliveries, ensuring customers receive the best possible delivery experience. You will also resolve any customer service issues around delivery, communicating concerns to the Operations Manager.
What you’ll do:
Schedule, route and confirm customer deliveries, coordinating multiple delivery vehiclesResolve customer service issues around deliveryCommunicate any delivery concerns with the Operations ManagerLiaison between customers and delivery driver teams
Qualifications, Experience & Skills – you will need the following:
Previous experience gained within a customer service environment – ideally within a home delivery/distribution/logistics environmentReally strong customer service skills – able to listen and solve problemsGood general IT skillsFriendly and positive personality
Able to be flexible with working hours – core hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 but you will need to have flexibility to work around these hours as required
