Customer Service Desk Administrator (9-12 month contract)

An excellent opportunity to join a small but successful business to help cover maternity leave. In this role you will be required to co-ordinate all aspects of customer care: preparing and chasing quotations, processing sales orders as well as after sales support.
To operate an inhouse service centre package.
To co-ordinate engineer’s activities.
To process engineers job sheets ready for accounts to invoice.
To keep customer websites up to date.
Maintain service spreadsheets.
Process and upload quotes.
The ideal candidate will have pervious customer service experience together with strong administrative and organisational skills.
