Are you a customer champion?  Are you passionate about delivering the best customer experience possible?  My client, a logistics business with ambitious growth plans, is looking for someone to join their team to help them ensure their customers are delighted with the service they receive every single day.

You will liaise closely with your customers and the internal transport team, reporting on delivery performance and proactively dealing with any issues.  Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you'll manage both internal and external stakeholders and will be the voice of the customer within the business.  You'll also manage all related administrative work and will report on KPIs and SLAs.

You'll need the following skills/experience:

  • Ideally - previous experience within a distribution or logistics environment
  • Top notch customer service skills - able to drive and develop the customer service offering 
  • Strong administrative capabilities
  • Able to manage both internal and external stakeholders, at all levels
  • Must possess drive and determination!
