They are looking for a talented and entrepreneurial GM for their large multi-customer site in Essex. The operation is experiencing significant growth from existing business.
They are looking for a commercially focused individual with the following skills/experience:
- Proven track record in a senior operations/general manager role
- A background in 3PL operations preferred, ideally with successful experience of managing multi-user warehouse operations.
- Strong leader, used to operating at senior level and capable of developing motivated and engaged teams through periods of change.
- Experience and understanding of P&L
