MVP has been established since 1984, enjoying long standing relationships with our clients and candidates. We offer a range of retained and contingency-based services, with our goal being to provide a quality-centred, cost effective recruitment service while guiding candidates to the right jobs in the market.

With our head office in the West Midlands, but servicing the entire country via our branch network, each of our team of highly experienced consultants is dedicated to a specific industry sub-sector, enabling them to provide a tailored range of services.
