Salary: c£25 – 29k, dependant on experience/shifts
24/7 operation – various shifts available

Great chance to join a large, profitable and dynamic logistics business. Our client is currently seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join its teams in the Northamptonshire area, in a challenging and diverse warehouse management role.

Reporting to a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for a large team of colleagues in a fast moving distribution environment. The role will include the following:

Achieving and improving KPIs
Team motivation and building
Maintaining stock integrity
Warehouse shift planning and set up
Dealing with absence and return to works
Full responsibility for all functions of the site at weekends
Floor management and MHE accountability

You’ll be a forward thinking individual with excellent organisational and communication skills. Aside from this, you’ll also need the following skills/experience:

• Experience of having managed KPIs
• The ability to lead a large team in an operational environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible approach to working hours/shifts
• Good IT capabilities – ideally, experience of using WMS systems
