Delivery Management Analyst
London based with UK travel required to customer sites
Package: c£25 – 32,000 + benefits (basic to £25k, OTE £32k)
Working for the No 1 provider of technology-based delivery solutions to the eCommerce sector, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, focused individual to join a dynamic, expanding business in an interesting and varied role, located in the centre of London. Clients currently supplied are large retailers including John Lewis, House of Fraser, Boots, Marks & Spencer and this list is increasing constantly! This role will support small and medium eCommerce retailers.
This role will be a customer facing role for the company’s on-line Delivery Management software package. You will share responsibility for DM customer go-lives, including the agreement of operational processes and implementation plans, collection of customer data and advice on the use of the web-based system, including immediate post go-live support.
Experience Required
You will ideally have experience in the introduction of parcel carrier systems, or other distribution-based IT systems into customers, either from the carrier or customer side. You will also need business analysis skills, gained in an operational environment. Also desirable will be some technical skills, especially around label printer set up and writing MS Excel macros.
This role will suit you if you’re highly motivated and are able to use your own initiative to work in a multi-tasking environment. On the job and formal training will be provided. In a small, fast-growing company, expecting to double its client base in the next 12 months, there are huge opportunities for the successful candidate to develop their skills, and progression opportunities are available.
