MVP’s client is a successful UK retailer and a leader within their specialist field.

They are looking to recruit a Logistics Manager for an established site in the Middlesex area.

As Logistics Manager you will:

• Manage and lead a cross-functional team and liaise with both the manufacturing and retail management team to establish procedures and measures to achieve continuous improvement.
• Manage a large operating budget and approaching 100 staff across logistics, transport, fleet and customer service, ensuring their ongoing personal development.
• Ensure that customer service is at the core of this logistics operation and is continually reviewed.
• Contribute to group logistics activities.

Experience Required
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing change within a temperature controlled distribution environment. You will also need to be CPC qualified, ideally holding additional professional logistics qualifications.
