Our client is one of the country’s largest retail chains. They are consistently growing and consistently innovating their business.

They have a vacancy for a Lean Training and Continuous Improvement Manager who will develop a strategy for implementing Continuous Improvement across the business.
The role

Lead development of continuous improvement skills and work with functional CI managers to implement plans in support of achievement of Super 6 and Operational Excellence objectives.

Support development of culture of ‘right first time’ for customers and elimination of waste through structured training and implementation of process improvement.
The Person
In depth experience of implementing lean/Continuous Improvement activity within a complex and large scale environment.

Ability to lead all levels of management and operators through significant change.

Ability to deliver results across cross-functional boundaries.
