Our client is a rapidly growing retailer and is looking for an additional Warehouse Process Manager to work at their new DC.

This is an exciting and challenging role where the Process Manager will be dedicated to working on process development and projects prior to go live. After site go live this role will become a mix of operations management and process development.

• Direct, motivate and control operational teams within the DC
• Develop management systems that will further improve operational efficiency
• Deliver business goals through focussing on continuous improvement and a team base culture
• Support development of automation flow planning capability
• Involvement in the development of site budgets

Experience Required
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience

Essential
Extensive experience of operations management
Previous new site testing and start-up experience
Ability to work on multiple projects to demanding deadlines

Desirable

Experience of 6 Sigma methodology
