This is an exciting and challenging role for an individual to lead and manage people and processes, delivering site operational targets whilst embracing a culture of operational excellence. You will be pivotal to the continued success of this state of the art distribution centre.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience and best in class service through coaching, engaging and empowering managers and colleagues, and driving standards in quality, efficiency and accuracy across the warehouse.
You will be an inspirational leader, having worked at Team/Shift Manager Level or above in a fast paced, automated distribution/logistics/manufacturing environment. You will have enthusiasm and passion and must be capable of leading and motivating large teams in excess of 150 + and have the ability to find solutions in a constantly evolving/developing environment.
