MVP’s retail client is currently going through an exciting period of development and transformation and has an exciting role for a Logistics Projects Analyst who will be responsible for helping with the management of the change programmes within logistics.
Assist in the development and ongoing control of a disciplined programme & project management methodologyEnsuring dependencies, risks, timelines and resource requirements understood and actionedFacilitate the production of detailed workstream project plansExecute small to medium sized sub projects
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills:
Previous PM experience is essential, experience of logistics/retailing would be beneficial but not essential.Understanding of project management methodologies – e.g. Prince2Effective communicator at all levels with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to assimilate technical information quickly to understand complex issues, and recommend appropriate solutionsProcess mapping abilitySet up / management of project information system / repositoriesMicrosoft applications including - Project / PowerPoint / Visio / One Drive etc.
Level of flexibility required as the role will require weekly travel with the occasional nights away
