Based London/Northern Home Counties/Hertfordshire Hertfordshire 2-3 days, rest of week flexible with travel within the depot network

MVP’s retail client is currently going through an exciting period of development and transformation and as a result is recruiting a number of new roles for Project Managers within their logistics division.


During this major development phase a number of exciting multiple projects are running concurrently focused around systems implementation (warehouse & transport systems), networking planning, retail logistics (store facing/frequency of deliveries), and customer proposition/.com projects.


Within .com they have a key requirement for a Returns Project Manager who will own the implementation of the Returns change Agenda.


In this challenging role, and as part of the new team being formed, you will execute and manage projects, liaising with all key stakeholders, own the change budget and deliver projects on time and within budget.


The ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills:


Project Management experience, e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalentStrong customer facing experience/understandingSignificant change management experienceSupply chain/ logistics experience/returns/reverse logistics/multichannelExcellent communication skills and capabilities in stakeholder management
