Andy Howard – Director, The Logistics Network

After 11 years experience working for a leading third party logistics company, Andy joined MVP in 2000, developing our third party and freight forwarding businesses over a five year period. Since then Andy has worked in different roles within The Logistics Network, including leading the Outsourced Staff Network www.osnetwork.co.uk and the outsourced picking service "headway logistic". Andy now leads the permanent recruitment businesses within The Logistics Network, which includes MVP.

Avi Mann – Executive Consultant

Avi heads up MVP’s ‘Own Account’ and Manufacturing Divisions and recruits at all levels up to board level, having joined MVP in 2000. Avi has an honours degree in Economics and gained commercial experience with a leading ’fmcg’ distributor as Inventory & Systems Manager. Avi is also an authority on leading IT systems in the supply chain sector.

Andy Rimington – Director

Andy has more than 20 years experience in management recruitment in the logistics, manufacturing and purchasing sectors including search assignments up to board level. After graduating from university Andy worked in the field of industrial engineering and management services for several blue chip companies in the UK and overseas. Andy now leads our Forward Prospects division www.forwardprospects.com, specialising in the Freight Forwarding sector and uses his significant knowledge to develop and deliver excellent recruitment solutions to this specialist part of the supply chain.

Zoe Houghton – Principal Consultant

Zoe started her MVP career within the technical support and research team and progressed through the consultancy ranks, gaining experience in all sectors of supply chain and purchasing recruitment. She has national and international recruitment experience. Zoe has headed up the retail recruiting division since 2005 and works with many of the UK’s leading high street names.

Lisa Starkey - Senior Consultant

Lisa joined MVP in 2006 bringing with her a wealth of recruitment and account management experience based on six years experience in international supply chain operations. Lisa now has specific responsibility for MVP’s ‘third party recruitment’ which brings her into contact with the major logistics, shipping and freight companies.

Jo Brownhill - Consultant

Jo joined MVP in 2004 as an Administrator. Since then, she has progressed through the ranks to be the most recent addition to our consultancy team. Jo has developed an interest and significant contacts in the Engineering sector which supports all sectors across the supply chain. Typical roles that Jo manages include Project Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Health & Safety Managers, Quality Control.

Outside of work, Jo participates in charity events, and has completed the Race For Life every year since 2004. She enjoys most sports, including football (Wolverhampton Wanderers fan) and boxing.
