MVP is a recruitment business, specialising in the Supply Chain and Logistics sectors. We recruit across a wide range of positions from operational roles to functional specialisms such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance and Transport. We cover all levels of seniority, from support staff to Board level positions whether permanent or on a contract/interim basis.

Since our establishment in 1984, MVP has based its success on building enduring relationships with clients and candidates alike by focusing on a service offering that combines quality and value.

With our head office in the West Midlands, but servicing the entire country via our branch network, each of our team of highly experienced consultants is dedicated to a specific industry sub-sector, enabling them to provide a tailored range of services, best suited for both clients and candidates. These range from traditional recruitment models to a selection of modular options.
